The Don the Beachcomber chocolate bar is a tribute to Donn Beach, the creator of tiki cocktails. Although tiki drinks are often associated with distant islands, their origins trace back to Hollywood, where Donn Beach created a vibrant refuge for VIPs seeking an exotic experience. Just like his cocktails, this chocolate bar celebrates tropical cocoa, designed to transport your taste buds to sun-kissed beaches and lush landscapes.

Cocoa cultivation was introduced in 1950 and enjoyed a flourishing and abundant production during its heyday. However, due to changes in ownership and lack of investment, production has seen a significant decline.
With the help of local stakeholders, the Ebier Suth Cooperative ("Unit to Rise") Cokran was founded, which has rehabilitated nearly 300 hectares creating necessary jobs for the community. Most of the senior team now boasts over 30 years of plantation experience and operates by implementing an agroforestry system.
