This bar is made with single-origin Nicaraguan cocoa beans and specialty coffee, produced by Radu, a really nice guy from Romania, from the city of Brasov.

The Chuno cocoa bean in this chocolate is a rare and distinctive variety, awarded the prestigious recognition of the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Initiative. This award is given to growers committed to the protection and enhancement of fine beans, defined as "heirloom cacao," and to actively supporting local farming communities.
